Custom T-shirt and Apparel Printing Process

We have 5 apparel decorating processes,

• Commercial grade HTP (heat transfer process) - full colour and 1 colour specialty vinyls, 
• DTG (Direct to Garment) process ( (DTG vs HTP)
• UltraColour Heat Transfer,
• UltraFlex Heat Transfer
• Ultra3D Textured Transfers (Ultra3D Products)  

So we can help with a wider range of designs and better suit your design and the look and feel that you are trying to achieve. 

HTP and Ultra Colour processes  have a more vibrant and bold print where you want logo's and graphics to pop more, while DTG can feel softer and more integrated to the garment. 

All have excellent wash and wear durability. 

As we focus on fast and or last minute solutions, we don't offer embroidery or screen printed t shirts and apparel. Although for our HTP process we do have our new UltraColour Process

One-off & DIY Design Personalised Apparel Printing

If you like to tinker, if you just cant do people today, or if you want to save some $ on a smallish order - our DIY online t-shirt design tool is here to help. Add, rotate, colour, warp and resize full colour designs to your heart's content. With a range of over 100 styles of t-shirts, hoodies, tanks, singlets, kids wear, workwear, hats, aprons and bags, there's sure to be something to help you strut your style. There is no minimum print order, same day white or black custom printed  t-shirt options,  and you can pick up from store - or have your order delivered to your door.

Priority Support 

No time for DIY, or just like to talk with a real life person - I know we do - then our priority support service is for you. The minimum order value is just $168, and for orders of 10+ you'll find pricing is similar to our DIY service. You will also have access to expert advice on the right apparel and apparel printing process including possible add-ons like speciality substrates, a larger range of apparel,  full design services, custom finishes, split deliveries and our love of ensuring ordering is easy and you look like the apparel superhero when we're done.

Custom Apparel Brand and Merchandise Fulfillment 

If you have ongoing order requirements for custom printed apparel and other wearables, we're here to help ensure they're hassle free. Easy re-ordering, personal support, access to design services, advice and updates on apparel and substrates to suit your project/s.
