We’re committed to creating win-win situations and delivering the best possible service. To ensure your order goes smoothly and meets your expectations, please take the time to review the important information below, including turnaround times, artwork approvals, order options, and cut-off times.

Definitions
Client: Refers to the client, its agents, employees, or any user of our website.
Company: Refers to Get Printed! Pty Ltd, Same Day Printing Pty Ltd, and all subsidiaries.

Right of Refusal
We uphold ethical business practices and reserve the right to decline orders that conflict with our core values. We do not accept orders that include content promoting discrimination, harm, hatred, or violence. We support creative expression within the boundaries of ethical conduct and societal responsibility.
Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our values. Our team is available for discussions and clarifications regarding the acceptability of a project's content.

Operational Times
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays and weekends. All dispatch times are based on business days. Orders received outside of these hours are processed the next business day, on a first-in, first-out basis. Daily order cut-off is 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Same Day Orders: Require written confirmation of art approval within 1 hour.
Next Business Day and 2 Business Day Orders: Require written confirmation of art approval within 2 hours.
Note: All production times exclude delivery time and are based on normal business days.
If we genuinely cannot meet your deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Our team will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.

Turnaround Times
We strive to meet your deadlines but may decline orders due to capacity or limitations. If this happens, we will inform you promptly.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as machine malfunctions, courier delays, or supplier issues.

Payment Terms
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full invoice amount. Payment terms and deadlines must be met unless alternative arrangements are made.

Non-account customers: 50% deposit required for print items; full payment required for artwork/creative fees.
Final payment is required before dispatch.

Credit: Available to approved clients only. A penalty fee of 15% applies for late payments, plus any collection costs. Goods remain the property of Same Day Printing until the account is settled.
Discounts - 7 Business Day, Reseller, and Not For Profit
Discounts for 7 Business Day Dispatch cannot be combined with reseller or Not For Profit (NFP) discounts. This ensures fair pricing for all customer segments.

Artwork
Clients must submit "Press Ready" electronic artwork according to our specifications. Incomplete artwork submissions will require re-quotation, potentially affecting prices and delivery times.

Proofs: Clients must approve electronic proofs before work begins. Revisions may cause delays and incur additional charges. The Company is not responsible for errors or miscommunication provided by the client.

Printing - Colour Matching
All products are printed using a full-color CMYK process. Colour matching is not guaranteed, and variations may occur. Additional costs apply for exact color matching, which may not be possible on all product lines.

Suitability of Products for Use
The client is responsible for determining the suitability of our products for their specific needs. Any issues due to material or workmanship are limited to a reprint or refund. Same Day Printing is not liable for any damages beyond this policy.

Use of Client-Supplied Content, Logos, and Fonts
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content, logos, or fonts supplied to us. The Company is not responsible for any legal issues arising from unauthorized use.

Delivery
We offer local and national delivery options. Same Day Printing guarantees to dispatch your order to the relevant third-party delivery service by their cut-off time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery services.

Pickup

Pickup Address between 9am-4:00pm Mon-Fri Excluding Public Holidays from 37 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall VIC 3023

Same Day Courier

Same Day Courier is only available to Melbourne Metro areas allow approximate 4 hours after dispatch (Times can vary and are outside of our control)*.

For orders dispatched after 1pm delivery may be after hours. Same Day Courier price varies depending on location. Delivery to Melbourne CBD is $25. Other areas may incur additional charges, should this be the case our team will contact you on the supplied phone number to confirm pricing and finalise payment prior to producing your order. If you will not be available, to prevent your order being delayed, please call 03 8361 3655 asap between 830am and 4:00pm to finalise payment.

Next Business Day Courier

Delivery is generally between 9am and 5pm the following business day to metro Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, and Hobart. Delivery times to other areas may vary.

Standard

Delivery between 9am and 5pm, in 3-7 Business Days. All parcels will be marked with Authority to Leave at your premises, unless you request in writing that this not occur. If you are not available upon delivery, and you have removed Authority to Leave, and/or the courier decides there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, redelivery will be required at your cost and delivery will be delayed by at least 1 day.

Delivery Requirements

Please specify any delivery restrictions or requirements in your order notes. Failure to do so may result in additional re-delivery fees.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver because no one is available to receive the goods, or delivery instructions are incomplete or inaccurate, any additional re-delivery or return-to-sender fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

For Same-Day courier services (including on-demand services such as Uber), this may include the cost of returning the order to us and arranging a new delivery to you.

Courier Contact Details

By requesting that we book a courier on your behalf, you authorise Same Day Printing to provide your Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Delivery details to the courier company solely for the purpose of completing your delivery.

Order Pickup
Clients will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be donated, recycled, or disposed of. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Pricing Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $35. If production has begun, a minimum fee of 25% of the order value applies. Once printing has started, cancellations are not accepted, and all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds due to Incorrect Order, Damage, or Misprints
Clients must notify us immediately of any issues upon delivery. Same Day Printing will repair or replace defective products within 7 days, provided the defect is not due to misuse or fair wear and tear.

Social Media Sharing
We may share images of your printed products on our website or social media unless you specify otherwise when placing your order. Sensitive or private information will not be shared.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our products, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Printed! Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of any law.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
