Definitions
Client: Refers to the client, its agents, employees, or any user of our website.
Company: Refers to Get Printed! Pty Ltd, Same Day Printing Pty Ltd, and all subsidiaries.
Right of Refusal
We uphold ethical business practices and reserve the right to decline orders that conflict with our core values. We do not accept orders that include content promoting discrimination, harm, hatred, or violence. We support creative expression within the boundaries of ethical conduct and societal responsibility.
Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our values. Our team is available for discussions and clarifications regarding the acceptability of a project's content.
Operational Times
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays and weekends. All dispatch times are based on business days. Orders received outside of these hours are processed the next business day, on a first-in, first-out basis. Daily order cut-off is 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Same Day Orders: Require written confirmation of art approval within 1 hour.
Next Business Day and 2 Business Day Orders: Require written confirmation of art approval within 2 hours.
Note: All production times exclude delivery time and are based on normal business days.
If we genuinely cannot meet your deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Our team will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
Turnaround Times
We strive to meet your deadlines but may decline orders due to capacity or limitations. If this happens, we will inform you promptly.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as machine malfunctions, courier delays, or supplier issues.
Payment Terms
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full invoice amount. Payment terms and deadlines must be met unless alternative arrangements are made.
Non-account customers: 50% deposit required for print items; full payment required for artwork/creative fees.
Final payment is required before dispatch.
Credit: Available to approved clients only. A penalty fee of 15% applies for late payments, plus any collection costs. Goods remain the property of Same Day Printing until the account is settled.
Discounts - 7 Business Day, Reseller, and Not For Profit
Discounts for 7 Business Day Dispatch cannot be combined with reseller or Not For Profit (NFP) discounts. This ensures fair pricing for all customer segments.
Artwork
Clients must submit "Press Ready" electronic artwork according to our specifications. Incomplete artwork submissions will require re-quotation, potentially affecting prices and delivery times.
Proofs: Clients must approve electronic proofs before work begins. Revisions may cause delays and incur additional charges. The Company is not responsible for errors or miscommunication provided by the client.
Printing - Colour Matching
All products are printed using a full-color CMYK process. Colour matching is not guaranteed, and variations may occur. Additional costs apply for exact color matching, which may not be possible on all product lines.
Suitability of Products for Use
The client is responsible for determining the suitability of our products for their specific needs. Any issues due to material or workmanship are limited to a reprint or refund. Same Day Printing is not liable for any damages beyond this policy.
Use of Client-Supplied Content, Logos, and Fonts
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content, logos, or fonts supplied to us. The Company is not responsible for any legal issues arising from unauthorized use.
Delivery
We offer local and national delivery options. Same Day Printing guarantees to dispatch your order to the relevant 3rd Party Delivery Service by their cut-off time. We are not liable for delivery service failures.
Important: Specify any delivery restrictions or requirements in your order notes to avoid additional fees.
Order Pickup
Clients will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be donated, recycled, or disposed of. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Pricing Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $35. If production has begun, a minimum fee of 25% of the order value applies. Once printing has started, cancellations are not accepted, and all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds due to Incorrect Order, Damage, or Misprints
Clients must notify us immediately of any issues upon delivery. Same Day Printing will repair or replace defective products within 7 days, provided the defect is not due to misuse or fair wear and tear.
Garment Printing on Client-Supplied Garments
All client-supplied garments must be reviewed and approved by Same Day Printing’s production team before printing. Approval confirms that the garment meets basic handling requirements but does not guarantee print adhesion or durability. Printing on client-supplied garments is done at the client’s own risk.
Key Conditions
- No Guarantee on Results:
We cannot guarantee how prints will adhere to or wear on client-supplied garments. Garments vary in fabric composition, coatings, and prior treatments, all of which can affect print results. - Pre-Wash Recommended:
For best results, garments should be pre-washed in a mild detergent (no fabric softener) and ironed before being supplied. This reduces the chance of production pretreats that can interfere with print transfer. - Production Issues and Misprints
While we take great care during production, printing on supplied garments carries increased risk:
If there is any misprint or production issue, Same Day Printing will either:- Reprint and apply the transfer to another client-supplied garment at no extra cost (if available), or
- Deduct the printing cost for the affected garment(s).
- Please note: We cannot reimburse or replace client-supplied garments under any circumstances.
Social Media Sharing
We may share images of your printed products on our website or social media unless you specify otherwise when placing your order. Sensitive or private information will not be shared.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our products, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Printed! Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of any law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
