Post-10am orders dispatched next day. Need it faster? See Emergency Printing Service.
Example: Confirmed payment & press-ready art by 10am Monday, Dispatch by 3pm Monday. If you're confirmed payment & press-ready artwork is not received by 10am your order may not be processed and ready the same day. You will need to call us to see if we an help you make it happen.
Next Business Day Dispatch Service +25%
Pay & supply press-ready art by 10am Mon-Fri for pickup/dispatch by 1pm the next business day. Post-10am orders or delays in artwork will affect dispatch.
Example: In by 10am Monday/ Dispatch by 1pm Tuesday. In by 10:05am Monday/ Dispatch by 1pm Wednesday.
2 Business Day Dispatch Service* +15%
Pay & supply press-ready art by 10am Mon-Fri for pickup/dispatch by 1pm in 2 business days. Post-10am orders or delays in artwork will affect dispatch.

4 Business Day Dispatch Service* (Standard)
Pay & supply press-ready art by 10am Mon-Fri for pickup/dispatch by 3pm in 4 business days. Post-10am orders or delays in artwork will affect dispatch.
Example: In by 10am Monday / Dispatch by 3pm the following Friday. In by 10:05am Monday / Dispatch by 3pm the following Monday.

Critical Guidelines:
10am Cut-Off:
All services (except emergency printing) adhere to a strict 10am cut-off. For your order to enter production, two conditions must be met by this deadline:
- Full payment confirmation.
- Upload and sign-off of 100% press-ready artwork.
Artwork Assistance:
If your artwork requires tweaks or isn't press-ready, the chosen turnaround begins once it's approved. Keep in mind this might lead to a delay. In such cases, you can opt for a later dispatch date or consider upgrading to a faster service.
Ordering Multiple Items:
If you purchase various printed products in one transaction, dispatch will align with the item having the longest turnaround. For swifter delivery of certain items, place them as individual orders.
Timing Excludes Delivery:
Dispatch time marks the completion and packaging of your prints, prepped for sending. We provide various pickup and delivery options. From Uber and Same Day Couriers in Melbourne and Geelong to Next Business Day and Road Express for other regions. Remember, delivery time isn't in our control once the order is out of our premises. Always plan for potential transit delays.
Exceptions & Quality Promise:
From time to time, we may have to decline orders even before the 10am cut-off. This could result from technical challenges or reaching our capacity. We always aim to fulfill every request, but our commitment is to quality and timely dispatch for all accepted tasks. Our goal is to always be transparent with you; if we can't take on a task, we'll let you know upfront. After all, our mission is to make things happen together, ensuring we never leave you in the lurch and always deliver on our promises.
