All terms and conditions within apply to all services performed and products provided by Get Printed! Pty Ltd and or Same Day Printing Pty Ltd and all other subsidiaries of Get Printed! Pty Ltd and/or Same Day Printing Pty Ltd, including, but not limited to, it’s agents and employees.

To ensure your order goes as best as we both possibly can according to your plan and that we're all on the same page please take the time to read the very Important information below including but not limited to our turnaround times, artwork approvals, order options, cut off times etc.

Any reference to the ‘client’ will be taken to refer to the client, it’s agents, and or it’s employees, or any user of our website.  Any reference to 'Get Printed!', ‘Same Day Printing’, 'we', 'our', 'the Company', or 'us' will be taken to refer to Get Printed! Pty Ltd and/or Same Day Printing Pty Ltd.

Right of Refusal

The Company upholds a commitment to ethical business practices and maintaining a respectful, safe environment for both our team and clients. In light of this commitment, we reserve the right to decline orders that do not resonate with our core company values or ethical stance on particular matters.

This policy is in place to ensure that our services and products consistently reflect our dedication to integrity, respect, and social responsibility. We believe in fostering positive impacts through our work and therefore must carefully consider the content we are asked to produce. Orders that include content that is discriminatory, promotes harm, incites hatred or violence, or otherwise contradicts our principles of inclusivity and respect towards all individuals, will not be accepted.

We understand the importance of creative expression and support our clients in bringing their visions to life. However, this support is provided within the boundaries of ethical conduct and societal responsibility. By implementing this policy, we aim to balance our support for freedom of expression with the need to uphold standards that reflect our values and the expectations of our community.

Clients are encouraged to familiarise themselves with our values and ethical considerations. Our team is available for discussions and clarifications should there be any queries regarding the acceptability of a project's content. We approach each request with an open mind, evaluating its alignment with our values on a case-by-case basis. This careful consideration ensures that we continue to offer our services in a manner that is both responsible and aligned with our commitment to making a positive impact in the community and the industry at large.

Operational Times

Our business hours are Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 4pm and excludes all public holidays and weekends.

All dispatch time frames and or periods are in business days.

All orders received out side of these hours are processed the next business day and are on a first in first out basis, based on quoted turnaround. While we don't like to say no and we will do our best to accommodate all orders received to create win-wins, w reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time that are outside of operational capacity.

Our daily order cut-off is 10am each business day for orders including payment and press ready artwork unless otherwise accepted by us in writing only outside of these times.

  • Same Day orders require a written confirmation of art approval within 1 hour of being sent by us. 
  • Next Business Day and 2 Business Day require  written confirmation of art approval within 2 hours of being sent by us. 
  • Any Design work / requests as standard will add a minimum of 24 hours to the timeline.  Emergency Design services available at additional cost. 

For orders received after cut-off time, the following day will count as day 0. Eg: If a Same Day Dispatch order is placed at 9am Monday, it will dispatch Monday*. If a Same Day Dispatch order is placed at 10:05am Monday, it will dispatch Tuesday.

While we would love to be able to fulfill even the most extreme requests (and often do), production limitations do occasionally occur. We really don't like to say no. If we can make it happen, or have an alternative solution, we will certainly let you know. Please note that if we genuinely cannot meet your deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your order and our team will contact you asap. If you only require part of your order asap for a specific deadline, let us know in your order notes so we can try and make this happen for you.

*NOTE: All production times stated exclude delivery time and are based on normal business days of Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Final production turnaround time starts from is based upon payment of invoice, submission and approval of the final client artwork proof.

Customers with sensitive deadlines and/or a specific in-hands date should contact us directly on (03) 83613699 or e-mail helpme@samedayprinting.com.au.  We will not be liable for any non written communication of any specified dates.

We will not be responsible or liable for any missed deadlines due to: holidays, weather conditions, vendor shortages & errors, shipping errors, power supply interruptions, or force majeure. We are unable to provide refunds in the event of such occurrences.

The customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping costs that may arise from needing to have an order done by a specific date

Turnaround Times

"We're committed to making your vision a reality and thrive on crafting win-win situations. However, we must note that there might be occasions when we're unable to accept orders placed online, through email, or in person. This could be due to limitations in our capacity or capabilities at the time, especially concerning your requested turnaround times. Should such a situation arise, we promise to inform you as promptly as possible. 

While the Company will make every effort to meet deadlines, the Company does not take responsibility for problems outside its control, such as machine malfunctions, electrical faults, emergencies, courier delays, or stock issues/delays from suppliers that may affect these deadlines. The Customer assumes the risk for these unlikely events by agreeing to proceed with an expedited order.

Payment Terms

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges responsibility for the full payment of the invoice. Clients must meet payment terms and deadlines specified in their order unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Company

Upon order confirmation, for non account customers a 50% deposit is required for all print items, and full payment is required for artwork or creative fees.  Final payment is required prior to dispatch.

Credit to approved clients only.  In some circumstances, advance payment in full may be requested for specific jobs and/or work.  Should the client's account exceed our trading terms, we reserve the right to apply a penalty fee of 15% of the outstanding value plus any other charges that may be incurred by Same Day Printing as a result of late payment.  In the circumstance the client's account is forwarded to an agency and/or solicitor for further action(s), all collection costs, including commissions, fees, and any out of pocket expenses shall be borne by the client.

Goods remain the property of Same Day Printing until balance of account is settled.

Discounts - 7 Business Day, Reseller and or Not For Profit

Discount for 7 Business Day Dispatch: Please note that the discount offered for opting into our 7 Business Day Dispatch cannot be combined with or applied on top of any reseller or Not For Profit (NFP) discounts. This policy ensures fair pricing strategies across all our customer segments.

Reseller and or Not For Profit Discounts: Please note that the discount offered for our reseller program cannot be combined with or applied on top of any Not For Profit (NFP) discounts and vice versa. This policy ensures fair pricing strategies across all our customer segments.

Any discount are not to be distributed to anyone without written permission.

Artwork

Please note that printing orders with client-supplied art require the submission of complete, "Press Ready" electronic artwork, set up in accordance with the specifications as detailed on our Artwork Preparation page.

Any artwork submitted in an incomplete state will require a re-quotation with the result that the print prices and delivery time frames originally indicated for the product will no longer apply. If file correction and or conversion is required for any material forwarded by the client, a fee of $120 + GST per hour will be applied in 15 minute increments.

We require an electronic proof to be approved by the client for all artwork prior to commencing any work.

If Same Day Printing is required to make revisions to artwork, such revisions are subject to the Client's approval and may result in delays in production and or additional charges. Same Day Printing accepts no responsibility for miscommunication, errors, or incorrect instructions provided by the Client. Same Day Printing will strive to deliver services and products of the highest accuracy and quality and will intervene if we believe the requested work is not achievable and or feasible. All artwork provided to Same Day Printing is on the understanding that the Client has full legal permission to reproduce the artwork and Same Day Printing will not be held responsible if a Client solicits reproduction without this permission. The Client is responsible for any copyright infringements for any and all artwork / logo / Image use.

Whilst all care will be taken in checking the client's files for errors that may reduce the quality of the client's job, the Company accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.

Artwork Proofs

Same Day Printing aims to replicate artwork proofs and designs as accurately as possible, however minor differences in colour, size, placement, and or design may occur. Same Day Printing does not offer compensation for minor variations (within 10%) between artwork proofs and physical replication. Colour variations can vary from screen to screen and this is outside of our control so we cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy. Digital artwork proofs for garments are created to reflect average garment sizes and designs, but specific decoration specifications can be found in the order.


Printing- Colour Matching

Unless otherwise specified by Same Day Printing, all products are printed with a full colour CMYK process and, as with any full colour work, colour matching is not guaranteed.

Please note that, through the full colour print process, print colour may vary from print to print,  stock to stock, front to back, and first product of the run to the last product of the run. There are additional costs if exact colour matching is required.  Exact, full colour matching may not be attainable on some product lines.

Please note that we do not offer or guarantee colour matching at all to other printers printed work. 

Suitability of Products for Use

The client is responsible for determining the suitability of our products, including for their specific use, storage and transport requirements. Supplied stock variances can occur and may not be noticeable at the time of production. The client must confirm the suitability of each individual order upon receipt. In the event of any issue with the product due to material or workmanship, Same Day Printing's liability is strictly limited to a reprint of the affected order or a refund of the original order cost. Under no circumstances will Same Day Printing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of this policy.

Use of client-supplied content and logos

The client warrants and indemnifies the Company that it has copyright to, or a license to, authorise the reproduction and/or publication of all ‘Works’ including literary, dramatic, musical, or other creative work supplied to us for the purposes of supplying the services and/or products required by the client.

The client additionally licenses the Company to use the works in its own promotional materials to depict the quality and range of its services and products, and to include the client's own logo in our marketing materials to show the breadth of the client base with whom The Company works, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The client indemnifies and will keep the Company indemnified against any liability, loss, or expense suffered by the Company directly or indirectly as a result of any use of the works provided to us and used by us for the purposes outlined above.


Use of client-supplied fonts

Where fonts are supplied by the client for creating or modifying artwork, or for setting up web-to-print services for the client to modify their own templates online, the client indemnifies and saves harmless Same Day Printing Pty Ltd (and its associated companies) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, costs, charges, expenses, damages, and liabilities whatsoever which Same Day Printing Pty Ltd (and its associated companies) may pay, sustain, suffer, or incur by reason of, or in connection with, all fonts supplied by the client for use with the client's artwork, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all costs and expenses (including legal expenses) incurred in connection with any such loss or damage.


Delivery

Local and national delivery options are available.

A valid phone number, email, and street address is mandatory at the point of purchase for any dispatch deadlines to be ensured.

Same day delivery services are available for street addresses in Melbourne Metro areas.  For locations outside Melbourne Metro, next business day parcel delivery can be arranged to most locations, a tracking number is available on request.

Same Day Printing's turnaround guarantee refers to an agreed dispatch time and/or date, that orders will be available for pick-up or dispatch. Notwithstanding Same Day Printing will not be held responsible for any print jobs, products, services and/or works that are delayed due to situations that are beyond its reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client. This includes acts of God, strike, war, but not exclusive of other events. Same Day Printing working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and national public holidays and other occasions clearly specified on this website or in our email footers. Public holidays local to the client may also affect delivery times. 

Same Day Printing guarantees to have your order in the possession of the relevant 3rd Party Delivery Service by their cut off time for delivery by the agreed date, so long as all other criteria in these terms and conditions are met. We will not be liable for failures in the delivery service.

Goods will be dispatched once complete, which may be in advance of our estimated time-frame.  Unless you request otherwise in writing, all goods are marked with your Authority to Leave at your nominated address if there is no-one to accept the parcel during standard delivery hours (9am-4pm Monday-Friday), unless the courier believes there is no-where safe to leave the parcel/s. Once delivered responsibility for the goods is that of the client's. Same Day Printing will not be held responsible if that delivery goes missing and or is damaged in any way. 

Important: If parcels can only be accepted during certain time-frames, or if you would like the courier company to hold your delivery if you are not present when delivered, please specify in your order notes. If the parcel/s cannot be accepted or left safe, upon arrival of the courier, waiting or re-delivery fees will be will be applicable, and charged to you at cost.  

Failure to have your printing in possession of the delivery service by the relevant cut-off for delivery by the expected delivery date will be compensated with credit towards future purchases. Credit amount may be up to 100% of the value of the items not dispatched on time, to a maximum value of $500, unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.

If there are any delays in achieving the dispatch date caused by events beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery date or refund.

Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any amount greater than the total cost of us replacing the job.

ORDER PICKUP

An estimated pickup date will be provided upon approval of order and artwork. Client will then be notified via email when the order has been completed and is ready for pickup. You will receive a reminder within  2 business days and then again within 7 business days only and any order that is not picked up after 14 days and unless otherwise agree to in writing, will be donated, recycled or properly disposed of. Payments already made on the account are not eligible for any refund or credit.

Change in pricing for Products and or Services

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that prices are correct at the time of writing and/or publication, we reserve the right to adjust the prices, in any correspondence (electronic and or physical, publication and or online, in accordance with our current pricing structures at any time and without notice.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product and or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel an order received at anytime for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion. If we reject your order, any money you have given us will be returned to you.

We shall not be liable to you and or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product and or service.

We will not be responsible for  any items and or materials that are out of stock. We will do our best to provide the most accurate inventory at the time of order. Should specified items become out of stock, we will contact the customer with a comparable replacement prior to printing.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to cancel or exchange an order before we start the production process, please note there's a minimal administration fee of $35. However once your order is confirmed, the deposit has been paid and is in process, a minimum of 25% of the order value is applicable, but will be calculated on the stage of your order. This fee covers any pre-production expenses we've incurred on your behalf, which can include artwork preparation, production planning including any additional labour required, production costs incurred, shipping, and or supplies required for your job.

Please understand that once printing has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, and all sales are considered final. This policy is in place due to the personalised nature of our products.

The exact fee may vary depending on the specific stage and details of your order at the time of cancellation or exchange.

Our products are custom printed to fit your specific needs and or requirements, and because of this unique customisation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in manufacturing. This policy ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service for our customized products.

Returns & Refunds due to Incorrect Order, Damage and or Misprints

The client agrees to mark on the delivery docket and notify Same Day Printing of any deficiency in quantity of product delivered or transportation damage or errors as at the time of delivery, immediately upon receipt. Acknowledgement of the delivery shall be deemed to be acceptance of the quantities as set out by the invoice and that the product has not suffered from transportation damage.

Same Day Printing will make good, at its option, by repair or replacement, any articles sold by it which, within 7 days after delivery, are shown to the Company's satisfaction to have been defective at the time of delivery, where such defect is solely attributable to workmanship, materials, or manufacture provided that:

  • Damage is noted on the delivery docket, and the Company is immediately notified of damage or defects upon detection; and
  • No defect is caused by wilful damage, negligence, incorrect storage or application, incorrect use, movement, installation or assembly, after delivery, or defects caused by fair wear and tear; and
  • Items have not been used; and
  • If requested, the goods are returned to the Company within 7 days of the discovery of the defect.
  • All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Garment Printing and or Client-supplied garments

All client supplied garments are subject to approval by Same Day Printing's production team before being deemed suitable for printing. Same day printing cannot guarantee that prints will adhere to supplied garments, or the longevity of prints on supplied garments. For best results we suggest pre-washing & ironing your garments before they are pressed.

We request that clients must supply an itemised list of all garment pieces brought in to be decorated.

  • We require a digital spreadsheet emailed and also printed alongside the delivered garments
  • We will accept a supplier packing list 
  • Not providing a spreadsheet is subject to a recount / organization fee of $35 per 100 garments.
  • You can use our garment spreadsheet and submit it with your order.

Same day printing cannot guarantee that prints will adhere to client supplied garments, or the longevity of prints on these supplied garments. For best results we suggest pre-washing & ironing your garments before they are pressed. Should an item be positioned incorrectly, Same Day Printing will reprint and apply to another client supplied garment at no cost.

Client supplied garments are subject to the under run policy. It is our goal to provide the utmost care for your supplied garment and excellent printing services. However, different garments may react differently under standard printing environments, which may include high temperature and heat. Therefore, we will not be liable for costs of client supplied garments. 

Should an item be printed incorrectly, Same Day Printing will reprint and apply to another client supplied garment at no cost. Same Day Printing will not be liable for garment replacement costs of any item it has not initially supplied. Client supplied garments are supplied at the clients own risk.

If an item has been delivered, Same Day Printing will cover pickup and re-delivery costs of up to a maximum $25 each way. Should the client wish to have the items replaced sooner they may elect to pay any additional component to get the delivery there sooner.

Garment Decoration

Due to the nature of our decorative processes, allowances of 10% in artwork placement is deemed acceptable and in line with industry guidelines and should be considered. Direct to Film and Commercial grade heat transfer printing involve physical processes where Goods are manually placed onto the garments by hand therefore exact placement cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Supplied Only DTF and or HTP Transfers

Same Day Printing will provide application advice and guidance for transfers to ensure optimal results. Same Day Printing is not responsible for the application of supplied transfers and therefore cannot guarantee the longevity or durability of the transfers.

Garment Returns

Decorated Goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty. Faulty Goods must be advised of within 7 days of receipt and returned within 14 days of receipt. Same Day Printing will assess and may need to have the item returned to the manufacturer to determine if an exchange or refund is warranted. If the Goods are deemed faulty, Same Day Printing will replace the Goods to the same order specifications. Same Day Printing is not required to provide entirely new designs or products as replacements. Same Day Printing reserves the right to reject returns if the Goods have been worn and or washed.

Customer-Provided Apparel, Caps, Hats, Shoes and or other Wearable Items. 

The Company is committed to delivering high-quality results, but it's important to note that we are not responsible for replacing or and refunding the cost of customer-supplied materials that may be damaged due to machine malfunctions and or any errors in application and or placement of designs. Such incidents, including machine breakdowns and human mistakes, while rare are unpredictable and beyond our usual control. In cases where damage or misprints occur, we are happy to reprint on a clients supplied garment at no extra charge, more so customers will be refunded for the cost of the printing or decoration service only for the affected items only.

When choosing to provide your own stock for decoration, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of such a process. Our team will assess the suitability of the materials you provide with professional care and inform you if they're deemed unsuitable for the job. It's crucial that customers provide accurate and comprehensive details about the materials, including quantity and specifications (sizing, colourways etc), at the time of the order. Inadequate or incorrect information, or failure to adhere to our guidelines for supplied materials, might incur additional fees.

Furthermore, the Company does not accept materials that have been previously worn or washed, nor do we take responsibility for the durability or quality of the decoration on customer-supplied materials. This is because we cannot verify the prior treatment, quality, or characteristics of these materials.

By proceeding with an order using your own stock, you agree to these terms, trusting in our professional judgment to achieve the best possible outcome within these parameters.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING

We want to share the love and show off your printing and offline marketing materials not only once it’s produced but sometimes while it is being produced by posting pictures and or video via our Website, Electronic Direct Mail and or Social Media Channels.  If you don't want us to share your brand and marketing materials, please let us know when you place your order. If you do not specify otherwise, we will assume that we have your full permission to share your awesome printed products! Sensitive and or private information is excluded, this only applies to printed products that are going to be generally viewable and or available online, metaverse, instore and or out and about in the physical world.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site/s or in the products and or services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related Website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Get Printed! Pty Ltd and or subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including any legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Products and or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
