At Same Day Printing, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, custom print solutions you can rely on. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds Due to Incorrect Order, Damage, or Misprints

If there’s an issue with your order — whether it’s incorrect, damaged in transit, or misprinted due to an error on our part  — please contact us immediately upon delivery. Claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Lodge a Return or Refund Request

Please contact our customer care team with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the product, packaging, and any visible defect
  4. Send this information to: [insert email or contact form link]


What Happens Next

Once we review your claim, we may request that the item be returned to Same Day Printing for assessment. Items must:

  • Be securely packaged.
  • Be returned in original condition (excluding the defect).

If return is not feasible (e.g., bulky signage or damaged goods), we’ll assess based on your supplied photos.

Upon confirming a fault, we will:

  • Repair or reprint the affected item(s), or
  • Where that’s not possible, replace the item(s) or offer a refund.
  • All resolutions are offered at our discretion, and only where the issue is not caused by:
    Misuse, mishandling or incorrect storage

    Client-supplied artwork that does not meet our Artwork Guidelines
    Normal fair wear and tear over time

Return shipping is at the client’s expense unless otherwise agreed.


Please note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or where the issue is due to incorrect artwork setup, misuse, or fair wear and tear.


Return delivery costs for returns are at the client's expense unless otherwise agreed.

Final Notes

To avoid print errors, please ensure artwork is supplied correctly. We offer a courtesy file check, but responsibility for final artwork accuracy remains with the client unless design services have been purchased.
