Service stickers — also called car service stickers, auto service stickers or lube labels — are small adhesive labels applied to the inside of a vehicle’s front windscreen. They display the workshop’s branding on the outside and the service due date, mileage and details on the inside. Same Day Printing produces them in Melbourne on transparent vinyl, reverse-printed double-sided with a 160% white layer so neither side shows through.
Built for the spec mechanics actually want
Service stickers fail in two predictable ways: they fade in the sun, or the writing on the inside ghosts through to the customer’s view of your logo. We built our process to fix both. Our service stickers are reverse-printed on transparent vinyl — CMYK on the outward side, a 160% white layer in the middle, then CMYK again on the inward write-on side. The blockout is heavier than the industry standard. Your phone number doesn’t bleed through your logo. Your logo doesn’t bleed through the service date.
Car service stickers, dispatched next business day
Print-ready artwork approved by 12pm AEST goes into production the same day and dispatches the next business day, on orders up to 1,000 units. We can run that schedule because the press is in our Ravenhall plant — not outsourced, not offshore. Larger volumes and custom shapes ship in 2, 4 or 7 business days depending on the run. No surcharge for the speed; you choose the tier when you order.
Auto service stickers for dealerships and fleet
For dealerships, fleet operators and large workshops with documented H&S processes, we print with HP Latex inks — GreenGuard Gold certified for low chemical emissions. Same certification used for printed materials in schools and healthcare settings. The inks are water-based, instantly dry, and don’t off-gas onto the customer’s vehicle. For procurement teams asking for compliance documentation, certification details are available on request.
Built to last — 3 years outdoors, longer on a windscreen
Our service sticker vinyl carries a manufacturer’s 3-year outdoor durability rating. Applied to a windscreen, you can expect significantly longer service life: laminated automotive windscreens block approximately 98% of UVA and most UVB radiation, which is the primary cause of vinyl fade. For garaged vehicles, lifespan extends well beyond the rating. Most workshops reorder when their customer base needs new stickers, not because the existing ones have failed.
Sizes, shapes and quantities
Standard sizes are 60×40mm, 70×50mm and 90×50mm. Custom sizes and custom-cut shapes are available — supplied kiss-cut to shape on a square backing for clean application. Minimum order is 50 stickers; price per unit drops sharply as quantities scale to 250, 500 and 1,000+.
