For Custom Event Tickets, we offer same-day dispatch for orders, including payment and print-ready artwork, received by our 10am cutoff. This applies to standard orders without additional custom features. For more complex orders requiring features like specialty finishes or variable data printing, we offer next-business-day dispatch. These times reflect when the tickets are dispatched from our facility, not when they are received by the customer. Please be aware that the actual time it takes for the tickets to reach you will depend on the shipping method you choose.
