Artwork submission
When placing an order, artwork is uploaded during the checkout process. However, if you need to send us a file for discussion:
Files under 20MB: Email us directly, and include your name or company in the subject line.
Files over 20MB: Use a file-sharing service like WeTransfer.com for easy and secure uploads.
Helpful Tip: If you have multiple files, consider compressing them into a single ZIP folder to ensure no files are missed or lost. On Windows or macOS, simply select the files, right-click, and choose “Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder” (Windows) or “Compress” (macOS).

If all team members are assisting other customers when you call, please leave a message—we’ll review it and get back to you promptly, usually within 30 minutes. We know your deadlines matter, and we’re committed to keeping things moving.
You’re also welcome to leave a message after hours. Rest assured, we’ll respond by 9:00 am the next business day. If another time during our regular hours works better for you, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off
You’re welcome to visit us at 37 Eucumbene Drive, Ravenhall, VIC 3023, to pick up your orders, drop off samples, or handle other straightforward tasks. We aim to make these everyday interactions as smooth and convenient as possible—no need to schedule ahead for these.
Face-to-Face Consultations
For larger or more detailed projects that benefit from in-depth discussion, we’re happy to arrange a face-to-face consultation by appointment only. These meetings help us better understand your needs and explore options together. An initial 15-minute consultation is included at no charge, giving you time to outline your project. If extended time is needed, we’ll provide clear information upfront about any applicable consultation fees.
