0Founded in 2008 from a garage, it’s been our heart and mission to redefine the pace of possibilities in the printing industry – revolutionising the concept of ‘on demand’ by fostering a hub of creativity and efficiency.
What began as a familial endeavour under “Get Printed!” soon unfurled its wings, driven by small business commerce and an unyielding commitment to provide a level of service second to none. Our story resonates with the echoes of those initial days when passion outgrew the confines of our modest start in the garage.
Launched in 2012 as a side project to explore ways to help generate leads online, it fast outgrew Get Printed! So in 2014, we officially became Same Day Printing as we're still now known today. The change wasn’t merely by what we are called, it was an evolution fueled by the grit of those who believed in the vision, the dedication of every team member, and the unshakeable commitment to surpassing our customers expectations in both speed and quality. just because it was fast it not need to be low quality was part of our DNA.

Tom Dickson
Director
Tom, Director at Same Day Printing, combines over 30 years of diverse experience across various industries and now 18 years of expertise in printing and marketing solutions. With a degree in Business and Law earned while working full-time as a mature age student, and a background that has spanned and that includes time as a Northern Territory Police officer as well as multiple industries in roles including start-ups, general management, sales and marketing, and operations management.
Tom co-founded Same Day Printing with his partner of 30+ years, Ally, starting from their garage in 2018 from scratch when their first son was born. Driven by a passion for offline marketing and delivering top-notch printing solutions, Tom merges his deep industry knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to ensure your needs are met with innovative, high-quality results. Leading our team toward excellence, Tom is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals through fast, reliable, and creative print solutions.
Ally Dickson
Creative Director
Ally, our Creative Director, who has been instrumental in building Same Day Printing into what it is today also holds formal qualifications including a degree gained while working full time in Business and Marketing but has the runs on the board and brings over 30 years of experience across both public and private sectors in marketing roles.
Ally, leads our in-house team of graphic designers, marketing professionals, and web developers, continually infusing creativity and strategic thinking into every project. Her visionary and very hands on practical approach ensures standout results that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations, creating lasting impact across all our services.
